Well, this is the worst interview experience I have ever had over the past 15 years, the HR person seems to be a consultant. She does not have an understanding of what is happening in the company. The recruitment process is broken. No wonder why the rating is bad for the company.
below is the path of hell we have to follow.
1 - Hacker rank BeamTrail Java Developer Test
2 - Interview with program manager
3- Home take test, expected to be solved in 4 hours. The task is simple, you have to create rest APIs for a phone booking and return it. I got comments that the solution looks nice and has a very good test coverage.
4- This is where all went super wrong. 3 developers were in the interview and I had to explain the solution and go through the code. Since I have written it myself, there was no problem explaining it. No cameras were on, I don't know who is sitting on the other side. I asked I don't see you guys and the reply was "We have a problem so we cannot turn on the camera". I was the only one with the camera on and talking through the solution. There were no questions about the solution. There was complete silence from the interviewers.
Then I was asked if I could implement a change "QUICKLY" so I started changing the code. I asked a question to clarify the requirement, the reply was "We have given the requirements, do it yourself. This is for you and not for us". This reply came to me as a shock. I mean a great combination of total unprofessionalism, low-key, bad attitude, and worst way of communication possible.
Anyway, the interview ended with strange feelings. I got a rejection email after 2 days. I asked HR what went wrong. No replies whatsoever. I pinged her again 3 times for 3 weeks, but still no replies.
It feels like the people working there don't want to have better people get hired. Seems, they are scared that people will come and expose them.
They pay well but money is not everything. I am glad that I did not get hired.

Interviewed for react front end dev.
Interview took four rounds
First round was some basic js tests for familiarity of the language, was also asked about work experience and interests outside of work.
Second round was HR interview, mainly asking why you want to move to UAE and reiterating that role is strictly on site only. Also asking about youre career progression throught the years.
Third was take home assessment revolving around websockets integration, to be used in the fourth round. Very easy would advise to just follow the requirements and not add other features you might think is good.
Fourth is to walkthrough your design decisions hence to just follow the requirements. Would also do some live debugging where they introduced a bug and how you would debug live.

screening -> simple REST test task -> mob programming -> interview with lead manager The process overall took too much time, and even though I was told that they wanted to make an offer to me, I decided to cancel the interview process because: 1. Interviews were just cancelled 15 minutes before without any message or explanation. And rescheduled to another random time. This happened four times in a row. 2. I was told that I should give a payslip to prove that I didn't lie about my current salary (I didn't disclose my current salary anyways) 3. .The final interview was quite strange: I was asked a logical task (kind of princess and tiger). When I gave the answer, I was told: you just knew the solution. 4. The salary is a bit less than average in the market To management : The interview process is not only about a company deciding if a candidate is good enough. But also for a candidate to decide if a company is good enough. My advice is simple: don't waste your time
