I applied through LinkedIn, the recruiter reached out after a week that I needed to share an assignment for which i was give 4 days. I submitted the same within the deadline, i was later contacted by the HR asked few basic questions and then we had f2f interview the first round the with an existing SMM and then the owner and PR Lead the interview went well and i was called next week saying that they want to go ahead with my candidacy asking for my previous payslips and references. They took 3 weeks to get back to me post payslips submissions.
