I had an initial phone screening with HR before I was invited to fly to Rock Hill,SC for an interview. The interview process was the most unorganized/unplanned process I had ever dealt with. They would ask questions pertaining to what I would be selling before giving me any background information or explaining more about the position. By the end of the interview I was questioned about my technical aptitude and ability to deal with being a minority in a male dominated field. Previous questions I answered and my resume clearly outlined I had experience with both. Overall it was a complete waste of my time and I would never want to work for people like this.
