Had 2 Zoom interviews. The people are friendly they go through your resume and ask you questions about it so be prepared to elaborate about things on your resume. The only thing is they seem very disorganized and scrambled. I expected more professionalism.

Overall the interview process was two to three interviews and a written test. The written test is they give you a government data set and ask you to pull a unique finding from it. The screening is pretty straightforward, not intense and most of the questions are related to why you want the job and why I would be a good fit. The second interview is with the specific department head, who will tell you overall their goals for the position. The final interview is with a high level person in the company who will probably answer emails during your interview, not care, and not actually know what the intended position is. Overall I would describe the process as unprofessional, multiple times being given wrong dates, people not focused during the interview, and receiving emails at 11am.

Two phone interviews and an in-person interview. Everyone was nice, but nothing seemed very organized. It's a small company, and they didn't seem to prepare much for the interviews. This firm is kind of a joke.
