Mehrere Schritte im Bewerbungsprozess. Mehrere Gespräche mit potentiellen Kollegen aus dem Team und auch Team Leads und Managern. Gute Möglichkeit tiefe Einblicke zu erhalten und eine vereinfachte Entscheidungsfindung. Die Kollegen waren alle sehr freundlich und haben bei allen Fragen weiter geholfen. Der Recruiter stand zu jeder Zeit zur Verfügung und war immer bereit einen Call zu haben, falls was angestanden ist.

I made it to the 4th round out of 5. This involved a role play presentation. The brief mentioned a 45 minute presentation + 15 mins q&a. After 35 mins (including questions), the hiring manager said she needed to go shortly, so I quickly completed the remaining slides. After the interviewers convened to prepare feedback, I was told that they would have liked me to spend more time on the final slides. I was also told that I had too many recommendations and that this could overwhelm the client. I found the brief and subsequent contradictions very unprofessional. To top it off, I received an email the day after my presentation saying that they had actually pulled the role from the market and will no longer be hiring for it. In this difficult job market, people like myself put a lot of time and effort into role plays such as this so I find it incredibly disrespectful and disingenuous to not actually hire anyone when you make them do all this work, for a brief that the recruiters and hiring manager are not aligned on. All I can evaluate this experience as is a waste of time.

It was a multi-step interview process that ended with a presentation I had to present to a team. I actually didn't receive an offer the first time, but they reached out again to me later. I was no longer able to accept the position.
