Entretien
First had an HR interview...then had a technical phone interview. The technical phone interview was a little hard to process as I had a little bit of difficulty understanding the question. I feel like if it had been a written down question/answer, the interview would have gone a lot better.

Entretien
I had an unprofessional experience with Bazaarvoice’s recruiter. After expressing interest in my profile, the HR mentioned they would schedule the interview but never followed up. Despite multiple polite reminders and calls, there was no response or update. Being ignored without any communication reflects a lack of respect for candidates’ time and effort. I hope the company improves its hiring communication and professionalism in the future.
