      The interview process was positive! The process was well defined and communicated, and expectations were accurately set. Everyone that I met with was friendly and attentive. The entire process from beginning to end took approximately 3 weeks.

      The interview process involved creating and presenting a case based on an assignment they provided. They gave ample time to complete the case and were available to answer questions along the way.

      Interview process was almost 2.5 months, which is way too long in my opinion for this position level. The process included a screening call, 2 interviews with hiring managers, a panel round with 3 other interviewers, and then a presentation. After each round, I had to follow up with the recruiter because they would take 2-3 weeks to provide feedback on next steps. At the end of the process, I received a generic, poorly formatted email which had no detailed feedback despite the amount of time I invested into the process. The interviewers were great but the interview process itself was very poor.

      Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback - it's disappointing to hear about your experience with us. For this role it is certainly not something that should be taking so long. We have had a lot of volume of client success roles in the US but none-the-less we still aim to run the process as efficiently as possible. If there are reasons things are going slower we do look to proactively communicate that. It seems the interactions you had with people were positive ones so I hope it has not discouraged you from applying in the future - we would love to hear from you again.       Thank you very much for your feedback. We've had to make a number of changes to our process over the last couple of months and it's nice to hear your comments on how we have managed that. I can see you accepted our offer so hopefully we'll get to meet in person soon!
