The interview process was smooth and well structured, with clear communication throughout each stage. There was a strong preference for face-to-face interviews, which helped create a more personal and engaging experience. The only downside was that it could sometimes be difficult to reach HR for updates or questions, although the overall process remained clear and organized.

Long winded interview. I was given a case study, however, I felt it was more of an exercise to gather ideas rather than the job position. Plus they do not give you criteria on their selection process, and then of course the selection would be subjective.
