Entretien
Applied online, got a call the following day and arranged an interview for the afternoon.
I arrived 5 minutes earlier and was asked to wait upstairs where there were two employees working on a dinning table! Then I was invited downstairs for the interview, I introduced myself but the interviewer (inexperienced) didn't. Evidently she didn't read my resume in advance. So she started an interrogation (not an interview) reading my resume at the same time, without eyes contact. For her, it wasn't important my achievements, but my salary expectations. She was in a rush because time passed and she had scheduled interviews every 30 minutes, and her next candidate arrived while I was been interviewed.
She was unable to explain the role's responsibilities, she limited to say that they had to work long hours and handle a lot of stress. I think she better had done a screening interview by phone, and then invited the candidates of her interest, instead of made candidates dress up and went to her office for a less than 30 minute interview.
