Interview went well (I thought), coming into this interview with all the background requirements and then some. Over two weeks go by, and there still wasn't any communication on the role or the status of my application, I reached out to see what my status was and was told that I'd be followed up with shortly. It's been over 2 months since my interview and still no communication. Tip to Management : Communication is key, if the role has been filled or the applicant doesn't fit the bill, let them know. Ghosting during the application process after an interview has occurred is just unprofessional.
