I have applied online for several different positions. I have been a social worker for over 15 years, am licensed, and have great references. However, I keep getting rejected when I submit my resume and application. I firmly believe it's because I had to make a complaint against a doctor in the Bay Care Family in the past (he ended up getting sanctioned), or it is age discrimination. I look to see who they hire, and it's always the younger person with less experience.
