Interviewer asked 10-15 behavioral questions over a zoom call that lasted 40 minutes. Afterwards we discussed what a normal day would be like on the unit and the types of patients that are common. Relatively casual setting and she joked around with me.

The initial HR phone call was to discuss details and salary expectations before the in person interview then offer. Questions about RN experience and application to the job role. They discussed each relevant previous job on the resume line by line.

straight forward, know a response concerning your goals and where you see yourself in 5 years. Attractive pay, tuition reimbursment is low but they do have opportunities in critical shortage areas
