I had a three process interview; first by the HR department, explaining what BAMC offers employees, such as a compensation and benefits package. Next the department employees, talked to me to see if I would be a good personality fit for the department, and finally the Director and Senior accountant asked me more specific job focused interview questions. They discussed the opportunity growth within BAMC.
