The interviewer came late for the interview and it took longer than it was confirmed. That's not the bad part actually but prior to the interview I was informed that they wanted to close the position in a day and urged me to reschedule all my existing meetings to attend the interview. Interview was quite unprofessional since the interviewer kept disconnecting the call and disappearing for 5-10 mins in a stretch. Irrespective, after the interview I was informed that I was selected and needed to submit my documents for verification right away. Which I did promptly but they ghosted me. 3 days HR calls and informs that the position is no longer available since they are restructuring but there is another position that I can consider but at a lower pay. I agreed and gave another round of interview and got selected again. They gave me the offer letter with the position and title that I interviewed for first but at a lower salary. Irrespective of all the red flags, I went ahead and signed the offer. They asked me to join within a week. I made all arrangements to relocate. 2 days before joining I called regarding some details and that is when they informed that they want to revoke my offer since they are doing some restructuring. Let me remind you that up until now, nobody bothered to inform me till I called them. Not only that the HR threatened me that we could have done this after you joined but I should be thankful that they informed me before.

Weird process, HR sent a business analyst to hire program manager. all he was feeling inferior and was asking non-relevant technical questions. The HR should atleast identify who should interview whom.
