J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Bathing Brands (Wheeling, IL)

Entretien

Their president asked inappropriate/illegal questions. I gave him benefit of the doubt. I kept my composure, was calm, and friendly. I even sent a thank you note afterwards. Looking back I should have called him out. I should have said it's illegal what you're indirectly asking. Employers shouldn't ask illegal questions just because they detected an accent.

Question 1

I was asked where I finished high school even though I have a college degree in the USA on my resume. It's indirectly asking what country I came from. The other inappropriate questions were: why me and my mom came to the USA, what my parents do for work, when was the last time I was in my country and who I was with (indirectly asking if I have family/kids), if my siblings married the same race here in the USA and what do they do for work.
