I applied online and about a month later go an email to come in for an interview. It was a group interview in the back of the store. It was mostly based off of our personalities rather than experiences. They are looking for a lot of knowledge on the company and products. It is ALL about sales.

Entretien
First, they called to set up an interview. Then, they interviewed in a small employee area of the store. They said they would get back to me within three days then they ghosted me. I called to follow up and was told they would get back to me the next week. Again, I was ghosted with zero communication (not even a rejection email).

Entretien
Group interview with 2 other people. Pretty straightforward questions like your work experience, favorite scent, why you want to work there, and availability. The manager was super nice and friendly.
