When I gave my application, the manager asked me a few questions on the spot. A few weeks later, I got a call asking me to come in for a group interview, which turned out to be a pretty generic group interview. It is extremely important to stand out during the group interview. You need to seem friendly, hardworking and professional. The total process of going through the interviews probably took almost two months, so don't be discouraged if they don't call you back right away after your interview.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
