I applied online, and they called me the next day to come in for an interview the following week. It was a group interview with me and 12 other girls. Did not know ahead of time it would be a group interview. Took us into the back room, and had us fill in our availability. They would give us a question, and go around the circle and get everyone to answer the question asked. Everyone had the change to answer every question. A lot of the girls in my group had no work experience at all, and not very professional in the way they spoke and answered questions. I thought I did very well, but did not get a call, so I'm unsure of what exactly they were looking for.

What is the difference between selling and servicing?
Group interview. Typical questions about past experience, dealing with customers, and working with a team. They also ask you to pick a product and describe what you like about it like you’re trying to sell it.

Entretien
First, they called to set up an interview. Then, they interviewed in a small employee area of the store. They said they would get back to me within three days then they ghosted me. I called to follow up and was told they would get back to me the next week. Again, I was ghosted with zero communication (not even a rejection email).

Entretien
Group interview with 2 other people. Pretty straightforward questions like your work experience, favorite scent, why you want to work there, and availability. The manager was super nice and friendly.
