She interviewed two of us at the same time. Asked us to choose a favorite product before sitting down with us. Then she started the interview by having each of us describe what made us choose the item we had. Pretty informal, but it was just for seasonal help.

How do you handle a stressful situation? Details were given, but I don't remember specifics. The usual scenario, though -- the phone is ringing, you are with a customer, another customer needs to be checked out, someone else just walked in and needs to be greeted, and the other sales associate on duty is in the stock room... That sort of thing. Be ready to answer it on the fly.
Group interview. Typical questions about past experience, dealing with customers, and working with a team. They also ask you to pick a product and describe what you like about it like you’re trying to sell it.

Tell me about a time where you to had to work with someone else and solve a problem.
First, they called to set up an interview. Then, they interviewed in a small employee area of the store. They said they would get back to me within three days then they ghosted me. I called to follow up and was told they would get back to me the next week. Again, I was ghosted with zero communication (not even a rejection email).

Entretien
Group interview with 2 other people. Pretty straightforward questions like your work experience, favorite scent, why you want to work there, and availability. The manager was super nice and friendly.
