group interview, six girls in the group. we had to pick our favorite product and sell it to the group. they also asked basic questions like why do you want to work here and what will you bring to the company. they called back a few days later and offered me the job. i was the only one out of the group to be hired.

Will ask you to play out sales scenario towards end of shift. Very inviting and welcoming environment from management. You do not need prior sales experience they will teach you.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
