Group interview that was very casual, just a few behavioral and sales questions. Smile, engage, and be yourself. You may be asked to to role play and sell a product. After a week of the interview I got a call saying I got the job and will start training. In the beginning you do not get a lot of hours.. but hours are based on your individual sale performance tracker.. so the more you sell.. the more hours you will get.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
