It was a group interview with about 8 other people. We were asked various questions about customer service and what values should be present for a foundation of a good company. We were then asked to pick out a product from the store and then had to demonstrate how to sell the item to a customer. Very laid back interview process, we even talked about ways we stayed in shape.

Will ask you to play out sales scenario towards end of shift. Very inviting and welcoming environment from management. You do not need prior sales experience they will teach you.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
