I'm not sure if it was because of covid, but I had one interview for about 20-30 minutes, and it was with the assistant manager. It wasn't a group interview, it was a one on one. Mostly behavioral questions (what would you do in this situation...).

First, they called to set up an interview. Then, they interviewed in a small employee area of the store. They said they would get back to me within three days then they ghosted me. I called to follow up and was told they would get back to me the next week. Again, I was ghosted with zero communication (not even a rejection email).

Group interview with 2 other people. Pretty straightforward questions like your work experience, favorite scent, why you want to work there, and availability. The manager was super nice and friendly.
