Came in, one of the managers (I believe it was the head manager) interviewed me and one other girl at the same time. It was very easy and I was offered a job within a few days, started training the following week.

Will ask you to play out sales scenario towards end of shift. Very inviting and welcoming environment from management. You do not need prior sales experience they will teach you.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
