Quick and easy. you are most likely going to be interviewed with one or two other people it's not too bad. The main thing is you need open availability as well as knowledge on their products of course. During the interview they look for people who have a lot of charisma and good social skills though mainly seasonal associates are on cash register you may sometimes be on the floor selling as well.

Saw an hiring ad in the store and asked for application. Was given a date to come in and interview right away. Interview was super easy as its a group interview and we were asked to pick out a product from the signature collections line and then we switched products and had to sell it. Got the acceptance in 4 days. If they don't call back or you are feeling really anxious go ahead and ask the store manager if they got the job or not
