Dress appropriately in business clothes and be prepared to answer questions about previous jobs and what you can bring to the team. Managers are nice they love to talk to you and get to know you it's no reason to be nervous.

Casual conversation about work experience and how you’d be able to contribute to the team. They asked me to do a mock sales pitch, where I tried to sell a product.
Very superficial, they will rate you out of 10 on looks and more before they decide to hire you. There is no office so interviews are conducted in the back store in a crammed area with no privacy.
