I applied in person, it took them three weeks to call me back and I went in the following week. It was a standard interview, asking me questions about my experience and why did I think I was a fit for the job. Just try to be as honest as possible and relate every answer to how important your job is to you. I was offered the job the next day.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
