Group interview with 3 other girls. Kind of awkward how they didn't directly ask questions. It was very open ended. Short interview only about 20 minutes. We were asked to pick out our favorite item and how we would sell it. Also kind of awkward because there was a big age range between the people being interviewed.

Will ask you to play out sales scenario towards end of shift. Very inviting and welcoming environment from management. You do not need prior sales experience they will teach you.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
