Really fun and easy. It was a group interview. They asked basic questions about yourself, previous customer experience, and then they would ask you to pick a product and sell it to the interviewers.

Will ask you to play out sales scenario towards end of shift. Very inviting and welcoming environment from management. You do not need prior sales experience they will teach you.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
