It was really short and casual. They just asked a couple of questions while we stood at the front of the shop. They are just looking for a lot of people during the holidays so it's easy to get a seasonal job and then after the holidays they ask the people they want to stay with.

Entretien
First, they called to set up an interview. Then, they interviewed in a small employee area of the store. They said they would get back to me within three days then they ghosted me. I called to follow up and was told they would get back to me the next week. Again, I was ghosted with zero communication (not even a rejection email).

Group interview with 2 other people. Pretty straightforward questions like your work experience, favorite scent, why you want to work there, and availability. The manager was super nice and friendly.
