I arrived half an hour early and waited for the manager to come out from the back room. Mean while a group was lined up and we all sat around taking turns answering questions. The interview had to be about an hour long. The questions were not hard at all... We did do a role play as to how we would sell a product to a customer.

Will ask you to play out sales scenario towards end of shift. Very inviting and welcoming environment from management. You do not need prior sales experience they will teach you.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
