I was expecting actual questions related to being able to do the job well or not. She asked questions like "What's your favorite TV show?" Huh??? I prepped for sales / customer service questions like what was recommended.
Then got a rejection email the same day saying they are going with candidates that best match with the background and experience they are looking for. Then why did you interview me if my background doesn't match? Felt like a waste of time.

Entretien
First, they called to set up an interview. Then, they interviewed in a small employee area of the store. They said they would get back to me within three days then they ghosted me. I called to follow up and was told they would get back to me the next week. Again, I was ghosted with zero communication (not even a rejection email).

Entretien
Group interview with 2 other people. Pretty straightforward questions like your work experience, favorite scent, why you want to work there, and availability. The manager was super nice and friendly.
