I walked in and asked if they were hiring, they were so I grabbed an app. Filled it out and went back to the store to drop it off with my resume. I dressed interview appropriate. Asked for the manager, introduced myself , and told her I was interested in working there and she offered me an interview the same day .
Group interview. Typical questions about past experience, dealing with customers, and working with a team. They also ask you to pick a product and describe what you like about it like you’re trying to sell it.

Entretien
First, they called to set up an interview. Then, they interviewed in a small employee area of the store. They said they would get back to me within three days then they ghosted me. I called to follow up and was told they would get back to me the next week. Again, I was ghosted with zero communication (not even a rejection email).

Entretien
Group interview with 2 other people. Pretty straightforward questions like your work experience, favorite scent, why you want to work there, and availability. The manager was super nice and friendly.
