Applied online. Got a phone call to come in. Came in and filled out an application. Went into the backroom for interview. Store had just opened so not busy. Got to hear some of the sales associates interact with customers. Everyone was very friendly and upbeat. Store looks amazing. Got hired on the spot.

Entretien
First, they called to set up an interview. Then, they interviewed in a small employee area of the store. They said they would get back to me within three days then they ghosted me. I called to follow up and was told they would get back to me the next week. Again, I was ghosted with zero communication (not even a rejection email).

Group interview with 2 other people. Pretty straightforward questions like your work experience, favorite scent, why you want to work there, and availability. The manager was super nice and friendly.
