Was a group interview, which I was not told that it would be! I am twice the age of all the candidates, so felt discriminated against because the focus was on all the 'younger' girls and felt I was ignored. Told that they would make calls soon. Never got a call back.

Question 1
Questions were not difficult. But the same question was asked to all candidates. By the time the question was asked of the fifth person in the group (myself), everyone else had ALL given the same answer! You pretty much tell them what they want to hear, so there is not much of a variance. Group was told if hired, the job is more of an audition and your hours are based on your previous sales. Very disappointed!

Will ask you to play out sales scenario towards end of shift. Very inviting and welcoming environment from management. You do not need prior sales experience they will teach you.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
