I had a group interview with the hiring manager and a few other really nice girls. The interview went well. I was asked the typical interview questions and I had to show how I would sell one of their products. Make sure you know something about the company beforehand.

There weren't any hard questions, but make sure you have some stories such as a time when you showed great customer service or a time when you exceeded someone's expectations.
Group interview. Typical questions about past experience, dealing with customers, and working with a team. They also ask you to pick a product and describe what you like about it like you’re trying to sell it.

Entretien
First, they called to set up an interview. Then, they interviewed in a small employee area of the store. They said they would get back to me within three days then they ghosted me. I called to follow up and was told they would get back to me the next week. Again, I was ghosted with zero communication (not even a rejection email).

Entretien
Group interview with 2 other people. Pretty straightforward questions like your work experience, favorite scent, why you want to work there, and availability. The manager was super nice and friendly.
