It was simple and fast. It was questions about my work and customer service experience. Then I was given scenarios of how I would talk/treat customers. Then I was hired of the spot.

Casual conversation about work experience and how you’d be able to contribute to the team. They asked me to do a mock sales pitch, where I tried to sell a product.
Very superficial, they will rate you out of 10 on looks and more before they decide to hire you. There is no office so interviews are conducted in the back store in a crammed area with no privacy.
