Brought an application to the store around late October, and talked to the hiring manager. The next day I was called for an interview. The interview went well, the manager asked a range of questions like 'tell me about yourself' and 'what's your favorite Bath & Body Works product and why'.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
