I went in and dropped off an application. About a week later I went in a second time to introduce myself to the manager and follow up with my application, and the assistant manager treated me very poorly. He responded to my questions with an attitude in front of all the customers in the store, but I politely thanked him, told him my name and left. That weekend, I was called in for an interview.
The process was fairly routine. A group interview with 5 or 6 people. They asked questions about customer service, previous job experiences, told us about the history of the company, etc., then he had us introduce ourselves to each other and find out as much as we could about each person for about two minutes. At the end of the two minutes, we had to introduce two interviewees to the rest of the group. I guess the purpose of that exercise was to see how well we would interact with strangers/customers. Then the manager concluded the interview and said he would call us back if they were interested in hiring us.
I never got a call back, but that's okay. The manager was kind of rude with me anyway, even during the interview.

Easy and straightforward! One in-person interview with the manager after applying online and then I received an offer during the interview. Worked here for 2 years and loved it. Basic questions about previous experience and why this company

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
