Submitted application online. Received a call for an interview a week and a half later. It was a group interview and the interviewer asked us questions on how would we sell a product. She made us do a mock sales scenario where she was a customer and we had to help her shop by asking her questions such as " who are you shopping for? what fragrances do they like? ". Look around the store before hand to get to know what sales are going on and use that in your pitch to show that you are aware and taking initiative of learning about the promotions that are going on. I got hired a few days after.
Group interview. Typical questions about past experience, dealing with customers, and working with a team. They also ask you to pick a product and describe what you like about it like you’re trying to sell it.

Tell me about a time where you to had to work with someone else and solve a problem.
First, they called to set up an interview. Then, they interviewed in a small employee area of the store. They said they would get back to me within three days then they ghosted me. I called to follow up and was told they would get back to me the next week. Again, I was ghosted with zero communication (not even a rejection email).

Entretien
Group interview with 2 other people. Pretty straightforward questions like your work experience, favorite scent, why you want to work there, and availability. The manager was super nice and friendly.
