Dropped off my application at the store and received a call back from a manager about a week after. They conducted the interview with a group, there were at least 8 other applicants there, with only a couple dressed professionally. They asked us about our strengths and weaknesses and which of the scents from BBW were our favorites and why.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
