it was brief, he asked me to get a bottle of my favorite fragrence and tell him about it. he outlined the job description and asked if i was interested. I said yes so he asked if i had time to watch a training video. I finished the training video and he went about some of the store policies and had the legal tax forms to fill out and all that jazz. it was very cut and dried. he told me they were hiring 70 plus employees for black friday ALONE and that we would be starting at 4 am that day

Entretien
First, they called to set up an interview. Then, they interviewed in a small employee area of the store. They said they would get back to me within three days then they ghosted me. I called to follow up and was told they would get back to me the next week. Again, I was ghosted with zero communication (not even a rejection email).

Entretien
Group interview with 2 other people. Pretty straightforward questions like your work experience, favorite scent, why you want to work there, and availability. The manager was super nice and friendly.
