Completed application and was called in for group interview. Started the job as temporary employee, but because I was able to sell, sell quickly and add a lot of add-on, I was promoted to Sales Lead quickly.

Describe an experience where you had to sell something.
It was a group interview of 3 people. The manager was very nice and friendly, and made the interview process enjoyable. It felt more of a conversation than an interview. All of the interviewees got an offer.

The interview process was easy, they'll ask you what makes you a good fit for the job and can you demonstrate a product. Make sure you have a personality and you're able to sell consistently on the sales floor.

It was within a group. All of the women there were mostly just interviewing to be an associate. They asked about us, our background, something negative about ourselves and our favorite product.
