3 interviews with really quick feedback and responses. A lot of questions regarding specific questions. Standard interview process. Very simple and not hard. I think there was some details about my role missing in the process that was not discussed. There was no mention of a lot of the requirements of the role.

Entretien
First interview was via phone. I was asked about my education and experience. Asked about my knowledge of Bass Pro’s products and clientele. Second interview was more of the same via a zoom video call. Position and goals for the team were explained well. Was advised I’d be contacted within a few days (“by the end of the week”) in regards to being selected or not. Heard nothing, emailed twice, five days after last interview and five days after that. Zero response from either employee that interviewed me.

Entretien
I was contacted by HR to set a phone interview. I wasn't called back at the scheduled time for the interview. I called and left a message, but was ghosted. I received a denial email about two weeks later. I thought this was very unprofessional.
I've always loved Bass Pro, but this experience put a sour taste in my mouth for sure.
