      J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Basis Technologies

      Entretien

      Started off with a recruiter phone screen, a lengthy take-home assignment, a technical assessment over the phone, an in-person technical assessment testing SQL/database skills, and a final 3-hour on-site interview with multiple teams. The on-site interview was alright, although some of the interviewees seemed a bit rude. Here is the worst part: I followed up with the HR a couple times afterwards on the results/status, only to be told of various reasons for the delay (many people on vacation / interviewing other candidates as well / etc), and that I should hear back in the following week(s). They never got back to me at all at the end even after numerous follow ups - at least a clear rejection letter would have been helpful, instead of being very unclear about everything and dragging on forever with numerous excuses, giving false hopes. They were also not very clear on the job level/salary/etc - changed their words a couple times. Felt like a total waste of time at the end and very tiring - especially after spending so much time and energy on the assignments/numerous interviews/etc. One of the worst hiring processes experienced ever. Long story short: Very unprofessional.
