Really straightforward, casual. Meeting one of the senior directors in the team, they like to ask a lot of questions about motivations, why you're leaving current role, what are your career progression goals.
I applied to the role via LinkedIn and was invited by a senior research executive to interview. The interview process was very long and time-consuming. The hiring process did not have a recruiter/HR person - so no HR details were disclosed. All the interviews were scheduled by the senior research executive. 1st Round: Interview with Senior Director 2nd Round: Met with 2 directors to discuss how I would design a qualitative project for a prompt Final Round: Design a presentation for a take-home assignment and present it to 2 directors, followed by 1:1 interviews with 1 partner (case study), a 1:1 interview with another Partner, and a final one with the senior research executive. Overall, the process was too long and unnecessary. I had my interviews near the holidays and had to complete my take-home assignment right around the New Year and was pretty much expected to work on it during the holiday, as they had a deadline for me to submit it. My last interviewer asked some pretty random questions. I got rejected via a very generic email response after the company touted that they prioritized a holistic approach to understanding their candidate. And after spending so much time interviewing, it would have been nice to have received a more personalized rejection message. Would not recommend this company.
