Entretien
I was initially contacted by a recruiter looking to fill the position for them. He coached me on some of the answers they wanted to hear (familiar wilth PLC's and vision systems). Of course they were looking for experience with lean and continuous improvement activities. This position was essential a glorified maintenance man to take old machines apart and but them back together to get them to run new products. Then I was contacted by the HR rep via telephone for an interview which consisted of typical interview questions. Nothing very technical.
