Received a call from a HR rep roughly a month after applying asking to schedule an interview. Within a few days I had a virtual interview with the hiring manager for the position. The hiring manager was very kind and personable, and the questions were mostly basic behavioral questions with a few questions about my experience coming from the conversation. Felt less like an interview and more like a casual conversation, which I liked. A few days after the interview, I was offered the position.
