I was interviewed by a panel of five. They spent some time outlining what the job entailed. Then each took turns to ask questions about my experience and familiarity with grant writing and grant management. The process took about 45 minutes and they were very thorough. By the end of the interview I knew more about the job and whether I would be confident at it.
