Very engaging, I learned a lot about my responsibilities and the team I would be working with. The interview focused primarily on cultural fit, and to some extent my aptitude for the skills I would need to use on the job.

The interview was over the phone. I was originally asked to come in the office but due to weather, had to reschedule to over the phone. I felt extremely confident due to their reactions, however I was not given an offer. You had to create a 30 second video in order to receive an interview which I thought was cool because it showed who really wanted to put forth the effort in receiving this interview.
